Great apartment, clean and good size, very comfortable for family of 2 adults and 2 children. Would recommend to anyone staying in Heraklion. Easy access to centre and bus to Knossos.

Apartment was immaculate. Staff friendly and helpful. Pool area was lovely. Less than 25 minutes walk to sea front.

The ground floor apartment has a courtyard and hotub. The suite was super clean. Both reception and cleaning staff were really helpful. There are shops and restaurants all within walking distance. The beach is about 30 mins walk away head to the port and walk right along the front. Would definitely book this property again

From the point of booking, the owner of Vegga suites made contact with us and was very attentive. Even walked to greet us on arrival at 5am, made reservations at a restaurant he recommended and was in his words “at our disposal” during our stay in Crete even after we left Heraklion to move to our beach holiday. What made this place special is the host or manager. A few days before the stay, he had tried to keep in touch with you, and during the whole stay, assisted you through, dining places, transport from and to the next stop and room assistance, etc. Any enquiries were responded within a matter of minutes, via WhatsApp. The best host I had ever encountered. You will surely have a peace of mind in his hands.

Hotel and my room were well maintained and decorated to a high standard. Location was close to public transport, and the main square and port area. My room looked out on the walkway which tops the old ramparts of the city. Opposite side also windowed looked out onto rooftops and hotel courtyard.

The Kalithea apartments are very well maintained with a very nice gardens and pool area. Inside our apartment was all you could ask for and more. The kitchen had an electric oven/grill, fridge with freezer drawer, and a coffee maker. There was a TV and free air con units in both the bedroom & the main sitting area. Friendly helpful staff. Apartment was a very good size with good equipped appliances including a washing machine. Spotlessly clean and well looked after. Furnished to a very high standard. Bonus of having car parking.

We arrived after a late flight into Heraklion, the welcome was warm with the offer of a cold welcome beer. The room was more than we expected woth plenty of space and good amenities. Morning arrived and we had a fabulous breakfast out on the deck admiring the view over the valley. We only spent a night here bit wish we could have had 1 more. Highly reccomended
