They had a PS5 with limited games, but what a nice feature to keep the kids busy. And having two bathrooms was great for 4 people. Plus there was a sofa bed so you could fit 5-6 people. Welcome treats were provided which was a nice touch. Staff were incredibly helpful. Breakfast buffet (included when we went) was a mix of hot and cold items which was amazing. And the gym was amazing! It had so many machines and a small space for floor work. We only stayed one night but well worth the price! We don’t say that lightly- we travel a lot and do have high expectations. We came to Stella Blue straight from the Mitsis Rinela, which is a 5\*, and were slightly worried that we’d feel we downgraded. We needn’t have worried- it surpassed the Mitsis in every regard other than number of a la carte restaurants. Check in: Check in was 5\* quality- the reception team should be applauded- from those at the desk to those rushing out upon arrival to take our bags and the man driving us to our room. It was seamless and better than reception at most 5\*s we have stayed in. The reception and concierge team are incredible! Everyone was exceptionally welcoming and seemed excited to have you there- we don’t often feel that. It honestly was the best welcome we’ve ever had- thank you! We also really liked the welcome drink- I believe it was non- alcoholic, and honestly that was the only thing I would change (add alcohol!), but we still loved it. She went out of her way to be accommodating and caring and helpful. Otherwise the other front desk staff were not particularly welcoming. The breakfast was a bit limited in its choices especially for healthier options such as fresh fruit.
