"The apartment hotel is a new building in a suburban residential area. Staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a good restaurant called Brothers nearby which serves gyros and other Greek meals and is frequented by locals. There is a mini mart and a couple of bakeries as well on the same street. There is ample street parking so it is a good location for those renting vehicles to explore Crete. We visited Knossos and Matala Beach but did not have time to visit the Old Town of Heraklion. "I booked Seascapes for a week in May 2024 - and was so impressed that I extended my stay for another five days! Great property in Heraklion
"Loved this hotel - so close to everything in Heraklion. The breakfast was quite good and they have their own small bar which was a quiet place to unwind after a day of being out and about. The staff was warm and welcoming. They gave us recommendations and took time to ask us about our day and what we had done. At one point we ordered a massage in our room as my husband had hurt his back. He absolutely loved his service It should also be noted that this is the only bathroom on our entire three week trip that had a two sink bathroom - it was absolutely luxurious! :) "
