### Family Home 3-Story by the Beach in Creixell

AT034 Platja Creixell: 3-storey house facing the beach in Creixell, for 7 people. Three-storey house located directly opposite the beach in Creixell, ideal for 1 or 2 families. On the ground floor there is a living room with access to a terrace equipped with garden furniture and an awning, and to a private garden with direct access to the beach. There is also a very well-equipped open-plan kitchen, including a dishwasher, with access to the rear patio which has a shower and access to the street and a children's playground. On the first floor there are three bedrooms: one with a double bed and a balcony overlooking the beach, another with a single bed, and the third with a pull-out bed for 2 people. On this floor there is a full bathroom with a bathtub. On the top floor there is a spacious room with a double sofa bed, a full bathroom, and a large terrace with spectacular sea views. The house has air conditioning in the living room and in the master bedroom, portable fans in the other two bedrooms, and a metal barbecue in the garden. Bookings from groups of young people aged between 16 and 26 are not accepted.
