We had a nice time, but they charge you Chf5 per towel to go to the pool and don't even tell you in advance, you find out at check out. So 4 people is Chf20 a day, its a lot, and not friendly. Also Chf15 for the bathrobe, really crazy

The fact that it looks old and run down was one thing, but for them to say that they will not clean the room or change the towels, as I didn’t choose that option, was very strange to me, I didn’t even know that this was an option, at the end for me to get the rooms cleaned I had to pay an extra 700 euros. Never again

We are surprised about your review. On the day you checked out, you told us that you enjoyed your stay with us and that you would come again. Then as we explain you, you have a week in self-catering apartment that means you have just a cleaning in the middle of the stay and the end cleaning. If you want to include a daily cleaning you can and it costs CHF 700.- for a 2 bedroom apartment.

Les chambres sont spacieuses et très propres. Les mets dans les deux restaurants sont savoureux et proposés à des prix en adéquation avec l’établissement, soit un 4*. Toute l’équipe est formidable, de la réception au personnel du restaurant, toujours au service du client avec un sourire incroyable, bravo à celui qui orchestre tout ceci.
