"It's a quirky place. The grand staircase is stunning photographically, but the reality is a bit more subdued. Rooms are fine and the staff are very helpful. I would avoid Rm. 120 if possible; it backs up right under the station train shed and smelled of diesel smoke such that we needed to be reassigned. Otherwise, it was a comfortable stay and if you like an antique experience (real room keys!) you'll love this place."

"“Staying at Tulloch Castle was a wonderful experience. The grounds were immaculate, and the Green Lady Bar had a warm, lively feel with excellent drinks. Our room had that classic castle charm, and the bathroom was spotless and spacious, with both a walk-in shower and deep tub. The bed ran firm, which isn’t my preference, but it was manageable. Dinner and breakfast were both outstanding, and the staff were genuinely kind and helpful. The laundry service was a real bonus. We’d absolutely stay again.”"

"A nice hotel with friendly staff and clean rooms, what the hotel fails to tell you is there is ongoing construction with over half of the hotel covered in scaffolding. There is workers walking up and down the hallways from 0800-1600, in the lift which is small, walking through reception, the carpark is full of construction equipment so you have to park across the road that cost £10 a day. What annoyed me was the lack of information on the construction and the parking. It would be a 5 Stars if it wasn’t for the construction and the lack of information about the construction."
