"The picture advertised was not what was offered. The cleanliness was shocking, stains on duvets, towels, bed sheets and pillows - think bad and disgusting and you aren’t even close. Had 3 nights booked, left on day one. Poor health and safety with cables trailing across floors, screws in the carpet and a lighter found under a bed (I was with 4 kids, shocking). Now. "The staff were very welcoming on arrival. The room was very spacious and the bathroom had a bath / Shower. Parking was available at the rear of the property. As the hotel is situated near the Hoe we did not need to use our car during the stay as we could walk or uber to everywhere we needed to visit."
