Cozy single storey house downtown Cancun

  • Nice house in front of a park. Surrounded by trendy restaurants, supermarkets, convenience stores, pharmacies, hospital, bus station, bus stop, etc., which you can reach in just 5 minutes walking. Private parking for two cars.
    Comfortable, full of light, silent most of the time, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, TV room, all on one floor.
    IDEAL FOR PEOPLE WHO DO NOT WANT TO CLIMB STAIRS.
    Pleasant backyard with space for family living. All this in the best area of Cancun!
    Air conditioning and fans in all spaces. 3 televisions with cable service in the kitchen bar, the master bedroom and in a living room. Smoking is permitted only in the garden, there is a table with chairs for your comfort.
    Also in the garden you can have meetings, listen to music, dance and have fun ^ - ^ !!! (As long as they are not too noisy), and of course: drug use is prohibited.
    We like to be friendly with ecology, so we promote the conscious use of energy.
