Surrounded by trendy restaurants, supermarkets, convenience stores, pharmacies, hospital, bus station, bus stop, etc., which you can reach in just 5 minutes walking. Private parking for two cars. Comfortable, full of light, silent most of the time, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, TV room, all on one floor. IDEAL FOR PEOPLE WHO DO NOT WANT TO CLIMB STAIRS. Pleasant backyard with space for family living. All this in the best area of Cancun! Air conditioning and fans in all spaces. 3 televisions with cable service in the kitchen bar, the master bedroom and in a living room.
