"Overall clean and simple hotel. A little far out from the city central and driving to and from was a little annoying because of how the streets in Mexico are. The pool could be a tad warmer, straight up freezing cold water. Elevator to parking wasn’t working only stairs. No fridge in room, laundry needs to be reserved. Otherwise you get what you need and good to go. Standard basic hotels. I would recommend dining outside though, hotel food not worth the price."

"This is an older hotel and can use some enhancements. For example the key pads on the doors did not work well. My parent’s room had the most issues where they had to wait 20 mins for their door to be opened by maintenance. They also had consistent issues with their TV. Most staff was very helpful but the hotel lacked a lot. The food in the restaurant was also very poor quality."
