I have stayed here several times, mainly because it is the closest hotel to my mother-in-law’s house. Overall, I think it is a good option for the price. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and for a short stay, it has everything you need.
One thing I definitely think they need to improve is the customer service at the front desk. I have stayed here several times, and the reception staff often comes across as unfriendly and sometimes even rude. I think better customer service and a friendlier attitude toward guests would make a big difference.
I also think it is time to update the bedding. The bedspreads look quite old and seem like they have been there for a long time. Newer, more modern bedding would make the rooms look much nicer and more inviting.
As for the location, it works well for us because we have family nearby. However, I would not really recommend this hotel to someone visiting Mexico City for a vacation or sightseeing, since it is pretty far from the city center and the main tourist attractions. If you are visiting family, attending a party or event in the area, it is a practical and affordable option.
