"We’ve stayed twice in the past at the Hampton Inn and have loved our stay. This time I booked a room with two beds instead of one king size because I booked it through Expedia they couldn’t help me and the front desk refused to give me a different room. I would’ve even paid for an upgrade, but that wasn’t an option so we had to go to a different hotel because the beds in that room that I first rented were the most uncomfortable, horrible bets."

"Yes, parking was good, rooms were great, the staff was amazing, friendly, helpful, received nightly popcorn, I will go there again."

"Everything was good except the staffs need to be more friendly. They are not welcoming. They looked too serious and snob. Upon checking in, they are working on other things instead of helping you get checked in. They make you wait and there is no other customer in line. This is my first time to stay at this hotel. Too bad I booked 2 more nights in advanced. Also, check out is at 11am and most hotels are 12pm. Housekeeper also will knock at the door earlier and check out is at 11am. what is that? "

"Rooms were nice; beds were a little too firm. The pools are nice; there wasn’t a bar open at the pool but they had a service option although it took an hour to be delivered. The hiking paths were a fun thing to do. "

"I booked the room with the expectation that the Westin hotel was among the best in the city. The room seemed clean and everything seemed to be in order and our first night was fine. It wasnt until the following morning, when I went to take a shower that I noticed an issue. In the shower, there was a cockaroach"

"The outside of the hotel isn't overly appealing, but once inside the hotel was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. The room was standard fair, but the bed was comfortable and the pillows as well. Much quieter than I thought it would be, but a bit noisy with the slamming doors from time to time. Breakfast was actually really good, not covered by my Hilton Gold Status, but I could apply a $10 credit for a la carte food. I would recommend this place as an overnight place to crash."
