This time I booked a room with two beds instead of one king size because I booked it through Expedia they couldn’t help me and the front desk refused to give me a different room. I would’ve even paid for an upgrade, but that wasn’t an option so we had to go to a different hotel because the beds in that room that I first rented were the most uncomfortable, horrible bets."

"Everything was good except the staffs need to be more friendly. They are not welcoming. They looked too serious and snob. Upon checking in, they are working on other things instead of helping you get checked in. They make you wait and there is no other customer in line. This is my first time to stay at this hotel. Too bad I booked 2 more nights in advanced. Also, check out is at 11am and most hotels are 12pm. Housekeeper also will knock at the door earlier and check out is at 11am. what is that? "

"Rooms were nice; beds were a little too firm. The pools are nice; there wasn’t a bar open at the pool but they had a service option although it took an hour to be delivered. The hiking paths were a fun thing to do. "

"I thought from reading the previous ratings that this would be a nice place. Boy were we disappointed! They were supposed to have a bar and restaurant. They might have once but not anymore. Rooms were dirty. Nobody was bothering to clean around the baseboards in the bathroom. It’s almost as though they just pushed the dirt to the sides of the room. The breakfast, which was supposed to be included didn’t exist. You could buy a seriously overpriced muffin, dry cereal, etc., but the price was outrageous. The property is being sold so hopefully it will improve, but right now I will avoid it."
