"Our stay way a little disappointing, we arrived to a property where the rangehood was broken we couldn't cook inside. Remotes for tvs, ine was missing, the other did not work and with 2 young kids this was not ideal. Multiple emails raising concerns fell on deaf ears, no support provided."
