Summary:
Located less than a 1km from the north facing beaches of Cowes and a short drive to the main street the perfect location to relax whilst on holiday. Entering the property into the cosy lounge area (TV) with a small dining area with seating for 4 guests bespoke kitchen equipped with modern appliances,
Walk through the hallway to the rear of the property you will find a spacious family room with comfortable lounges a smart TV, Coonara heater for those chilly nights, there is also a large dining area seating for 8 guests, sliding doors open onto a large under cover Alfresco area with bbq and outdoor setting great for entertaining.
There is a bedroom located on the ground floor with a queen bed and TV the main bathroom is also situated on the ground floor.
Upstairs are two bedrooms both with queen beds and TV’s there is also an ensuite which caters for both bedrooms.
Lovely gardens surround this property relax on the front porch with your coffee enjoying the surround.
