Boasting 4 comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 living areas, you won’t feel on top of one another during your stay. With all your staples supplied, from kitchen basics, to books, toys and games as well as linen, towels and cleaning supplies, you’ll feel right at home. Having evaporative air conditioning and ducted heating, you’ll be comfortable year-round and the kitchen has new stainless steel appliances, gas cooktop and walk in pantry. The private backyard is a great place to enjoy some time in the sun, playing on the lawn or cooking a BBQ. A full-size bath in the main bathroom is perfect for those with kids or anyone who wants a relaxing soak and when not kicking back in front of either of the smart TVs, you can enjoy a game of billiards. We request that you leave the property in a clean and tidy state and treat it as if it were your own home. • Guests agree not to create any nuisance or excessive noise, causing annoyance to the owners or occupiers of any neighbours. No parties or functions please. • Behave responsibly during your stay. Loud yelling, screaming, cheering and aggressive behaviour is NOT acceptable and may result in the early termination of your stay if a complaint is received. • All loud music must cease by 11.00 pm • Do not use outdoor areas for activity between 11.00 pm to 7.00 am • As the guest of the property, you are responsible to take due care of the property.
