This property is perfect for your next holiday located only minutes from one of the best beaches on the Island. This large double story home comprises of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, separate living areas up and down stairs. With a huge open plan kitchen, dining and living area complete with a coonara wood heater and reverse cycle heating and cooling. No wifi. With decking areas to the front and rear of the house, views over the Golf ranch and glimpses of the water. This property is well appointed throughout and only minutes to all the Islands attractions. PETS only STRICTLY ALLOWED ON OWNERS APPROVAL - DOG BOND PAYABLE : $200 SLEEPS 9 Upstairs: Bedroom 1- Queen with ensuite (shower and corner spa bath) Downstairs: Bedroom 2 - Queen and single Bedroom 3 - 2 sets of bunks LINEN NOT SUPPLIED Doonas with covers and pillows are supplied, however, YOU are required to bring your own LINEN, (top/bottom sheets, towels, bathmats and pillowcases) or you can hire these for an extra $25 per person. Please advise us if you wish to hire linen prior to arrival. Beds made up is an extra $15 per bed and must be advised a minimum of 7 days in advance of arrival. GUEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS/HOUSE RULES/STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES NO PARTIES! GUESTS upon booking MUST advise ages of all guests. STRICTLY no Schoolies, Bucks Parties, Hens Parties. It is a requirement of our owners to obtain ages and number of guests staying at this property. All guests must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult, guardian or parent. If the accompanying guardian is not present, we can evict without refund. The host reserves the right at any time to cancel or not proceed with a booking that does not meet these requirements. This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply. All bookings are subject to owner confirmation and approval. You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide us with a copy of your Drivers Licence & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was great, lots of room & nice and quiet. Unfortunately our first night we had no hot water and didn’t till the next day at midday, we had a 4 month old baby... so lots of boiling the kettle 😒 this was a big inconvenience! No hot showers or even able to use the spa. The kitchen floor was dirty, glasses left on the bench & a very dirty dish cloth in the sink.. yuk!! The back yard in the corner was very over grown with weeds & the recycling bin was already full. But they were so responsive & professional and resolved the issue quickly. This house equally suits couples & families. Main shops are only a few mins away.
