Modern decor with all the comforts you need to relax and unwind. Great for family holiday. Plenty of parking for four cars or a boat. ( No Garage access) Features include WIFI, Espresso coffee machine, a dishwasher, washing machine, ceiling fan and reverse cycle air-conditioning, the Balcony features comfortable outdoor furniture, there are stairs both outside and inside. Great for family holiday. 3 BEDROOMS, 1 BATHROOM, SLEEPS 6. Plenty of parking for three cars and boat in driveway ( no garage access) The home is beautifully appointed and ready for a relaxing time. Features include WIFI, Play-station, a pod coffee machine, a dishwasher, ceiling fans and reverse cycle air-conditioning. The Balcony features comfortable outdoor furniture, a Gas BBQ. There are stairs both outside and inside. LINEN NOT SUPPLIED Doonas with covers and pillows are supplied, however, YOU are required to bring your own LINEN, (top/bottom sheets, towels, bathmats and pillowcases) or you can hire these for an extra $25 per person. Please advise us if you wish to hire linen prior to arrival. Beds made up is an extra $15 per bed and must be advised a minimum of 7 days in advance of arrival. NO PETS ALLOWED, FREE WIFI. The host reserves the right at any time to cancel or not proceed with a booking that does not meet these requirements. This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply. All bookings are subject to owner confirmation and approval.
