Bask in the sun on the balcony, relax and enjoy all this brand new double storey town house provides. Beautifully decorated throughout and boasting neutral classic furniture, along with split system heating and cooler makes for a very comfortable stay in this bright and spacious property. Upstairs is the open plan, lounge, well appointed kitchen and dining area opening up onto the balcony with outdoor seating and bbq. There are 3 bedrooms, main with ensuite and queen size bed, 2nd bedroom with queen size bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds. The property is close to the Cowes boat ramp and just 20 minutes walk to Cowes shops and cafe and even better - just a hop skip and a jump to the beach. \*Please note that linen is not included when booking this property\* Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels. Alternatively, a link to a local linen hire company will be provided with your booking confirmation. You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date. If you are not comfortable with this requirement, please refrain from making a booking. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. A security deposit of AUD500 is required for all confirmed reservations.
