A selection of family friendly games and DVDs are supplied. The lovely sunny lounge, with lots of windows, looks out on to the good sized, fully fenced back lawn. The undercover patio area has seating for 6 and a gas BBQ. The newly renovated kitchen has electric cooking facilities, a microwave and dishwasher. Tea and coffee are provided. A second bathroom is combined with the laundry which has a washer and dryer, iron & ironing board. There is a hip bath below the shower perfect for bathing small children. The master bedroom is equipped with split system heating and cooling and an ensuite comprising of toilet and shower. Additional bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans. Free Wi-Fi Plenty of parking available in the single garage and a single carport. Not pet friendly property. An affordable well presented property suitable for your next family holiday or weekend getaway. \*Please note that linen is not included when booking this property\* Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels. Alternatively, a link to a local linen hire company will be provided with your booking confirmation. You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date.
