The kitchen and bathrooms have been totally renovated to ensure guests comfort and convenience. All this in a great location for your next holiday or weekend away. Nearly every room has a view to the water and the main bedroom has a small balcony with a breakfast setting. All the living is downstairs and the bedrooms and main bathroom are upstairs. The lounge, kitchen/dining area is open plan. Take a step up into the kitchen/dining area giving a feeling of separation. You will find everything you need to prepare the meals along with electric cooking, microwave, dishwasher and even an in-sinkerator. There are comfortable sofas, Tv and Dvd and lots of games for the kids in the lounge. Or open up the stack doors to the outdoor area. For heating and cooling there are 2 split systems, one upstairs and one downstairs as well as electric wall heaters. The main bathroom is upstairs and downstairs there is an additional toilet. For added protection from the sun and privacy, there are external electric blinds on the north facing wall. Car parking is at the rear of the building under a carport. Take a short stroll along the beach and you will find public bbq's and a playground. \*Please note that linen is not included when booking this property\* Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels. Alternatively, a link to a local linen hire company will be provided with your booking confirmation. You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date. If you are not comfortable with this requirement, please refrain from making a booking. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
