Great living area in rooms, and has beautiful bedrooms with such comfy bedding. Pools were also enjoyable with lagoon Would definitely recommend this accomodation if you’re staying in Port Douglas."
"Main street is only 10 min walk away. Back gate access to the beach was convenient. House keeping was excellent.Apartment was old and needed painting. Bedroom fan and kitchen extractor fan didn't work, no kitchen plug. Filthy skirting/walls/ floor in bathroom and unfinished painting around the new toilet and which had been broken and roughly repaired."

"We stayed at the Sheraton Grand Mirage, Port Douglas, for a week, it was the best resort we've stayed in.
The pools were amazing, all the different food options were great for a family and the customer service was excellent.
We will definitely stay there again."
"Stay at Matra Aqueous was excellent. It is in a great location, close to beach and main township area of Port Douglas. The pools are great, though would be nice if one was heated.
Only disappointment was that only two coffee pods are provided per stay, and when I asked for more the charge was $12!"

"Comfortable apartment with beautiful views. Very convenient for the centre of Port Douglas but in a quiet area on the hill, one street up from Macrossan. Spotlessly clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Recommended."
"This was one of the best properties that I have stayed at. Pool was lovely, clean tidy apartment really well maintained and operated property. Helpful reception team. Room was comfortable, clean, well set up. Parking was easy and secure under the building. Right in the centre of town walking distance to all amenities and the beach. My only tiny negative was the road noise. Port Douglas is a great place to stay and this property is a great place to have a relaxing holiday."
