The hotel is very new and clean sand the facilities are excellent. The breakfast has sufficient variety to cater for all tastes and the location very scenic and peaceful.

The decor is wonderfully relaxing – clean, practical and full of lovely touches. There are plenty of amenities and the staff are really welcoming. It’s in a brilliant spot right by the Plage Vieux in Biarritz.

Great place, lovely people and setting.

nice old school hotel, but everything clean and working. lovely environment

Stressful start to our stay. After a very long and hot drive, the welcome we received was most unhelpful. Despite the website stating that there is car parking, we arrived to be told that it was full. No alternatives were offered, not even a map showing where other car parks could be found. The receptionist was lovely, very polite and her English was better than our French ! She gave us a map of the area and even offered to babysit the dog if we wanted to go out to a restaurant ( the hotel...

Great last minute stay - great location and wonderful reception welcome!

Great location, amazing staff. Loved the hotel facilities and views of the beach.

Great hotel with very clean and crispy room. Location is fanstastic also.

We really enjoyed our stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Accommodating staff. I thought I had a room with a balcony but it didn't turn out that way. The lady did find a way to give me such a room for the first week of my 3 week stay, and I was grateful. When I had to move it was just across the hall on the same floor. Old fashioned in many ways but suited my style, and I enjoyed my stay. Clean, good service, and excellent location on kind of the main square in Dax. A free navette runs from the train station to the Fontaine Chaude so just a few steps...
