On the ground floor a three-room flat with garden and on the upper floor a large three-room flat with large covered terrace overlooking the garden and private swimming pool for the exclusive use of this flat. The house is surrounded by olive trees and vines in the peace and quiet of the countryside about one kilometre from the sea. Flat in a semi-detached villa with one bedroom with a French bed and one single bedroom . The house is completed by a living area with an equipped kitchenette and a sofa bed and a large bathroom with shower. The house offers a private parking space shared with the other flat, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.
