"Staff was friendly and informative. My room was clean. It was nice that my room had a full kitchen with the necessities. Bathroom was stocked with towels and toiletries. Breakfast was delicious. Diffrent selections daily. You can make your own waffles. Thank you to Mario and the breakfast staff for all you do."

"Check in was a breeze, room was very clean, the A/C kept our room nice and cool. Housekeeping was amazing. Overall, our experience from the moment we drive into Knott’s Hotel parking lot, everything was excellent and smooth experience. Will be back."

"The hot tub had feces in it while we were in the hot tub. We did not notice until we got out and turned off the bubbles. It was full of feces at the bottom, cloudy and disgusting. When we tried to report it to the staff they were very rude and hung up while I was trying to explain to them what happened. No apologies were given. Just a “yes this has already been reported” and a hang up. If it was already reported why were my children allowed to jump in? "

"This is my Disneyland go to hotel. Disappointed spa/jacuzzi wasn’t operating but other than that a great stay"

"The bathrooms don’t have proper doors, the shower curtains are so dirty. On the first day we stayed there house keeping came in and they didn’t clean but it seemed like they were smoking pot in the room. The beds are not even decent enough to sleep in. Do not recommend, especially since you can get a decent room els where for the same price "
