I always enjoy my stay here! The check in and check out are easy and a breeze. Nice staff in front they also can keep your bags until your room is ready which comes in handy. The rooms are clean and the beds are nice! The outside is beautiful including the pool which I enjoy. Would come here again!!

For this hotel, you need to add $25 to you stay for parking in their parking lot for no apparent reason. No valet, security, or gate protecting the property, car or belongings. Very confused why parking is being charged extra. There’s no parking in the outskirts of the hotel, where you can safely park outside unless you want to walk 2 miles away.

At arrival the hotel looked very busy a lot of people in lobby and long line to check-in. After checking in to find out room took a while. The numbers are not in order, very confusing. I asked a hotel personnel for directions after looking around and even she couldn’t find the room. Eventually we found our room. Inside it was nice and clean.

Nice clean property. Wasn’t happy about the fact that I was not aware of a parking fee. Had I known it would’ve been a non-issue for me but I felt like I found out last minute. I may have missed it online.

The property is always very clean, and all plants well cared for both inside and outside rose garden. We have stayed at the property many times. There were a number of young guests on this visit, one couple argued from 11:30 pm till 4:20 am. Also, a barking dog for 2 hours. I did not get a restful night. No, I did not complain to management.

Ww were here for the OC marathon. Easy access to finish line. Restaurant is very good. Great food options but extremely friendly and helpful restaurant staff. Dined there 2x’s.hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely return.

Shuttle service was great, no need for Uber if your traveling local. Restaurant was fabulous, upscale casual. Hotel grounds we're simply amazing. Romantically charming historic property.

All of the host staff were kind and lovely. The service was fantastic at the hotel and in the restaurant. The food in the restaurant is incredible! I love the set up of this hotel with the various courtyard spaces. I would definitely stay here again and will look for other Ayres properties when I travel.

Nice property close to airport. Unfortunately my room was near the carwash next door so it was annoying to hear the automated voice in the carwash complex. Also, know this property has microwaves only in suite room, not standard.
