"Friendly staff, reasonable cafeteria prices including set menu that can be viewed on the website. Easy to walk into the town centre up the hill . Plenty of loungers to relax by the pool which was warm enough to swim in. Induction hob, fridge and sink in room which was handy. It would be even better with a microwave and kettle or the option to hire one. Evening entertainment looked fun but we went for a walk along the beach instead. Plenty of places nearby for food and drink. We had a lovely relaxing time. You can also book excursions directly with the hotel reception and the coaches pick up outside the hotel. "

It was spotless, beautifully maintained, and in an ideal location—everything you need is within walking distance, including Puerto Banús, and it’s only about a 10-minute drive to the Old Town. A special thank you to Patricia, the manager, who truly made our stay exceptional. She was incredibly attentive, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. "The standard of the property we were in was extremely poor. The hygiene was very bad. It was 100% opposite to what we saw online. The bathroom contained big ants and flies and the flat was infested with cockroaches especially in the bedroom. We ended up with itching all over the body and we did not sleep at all. I am requesting a full refund pleasex "

"Bedroom with sea view & balcony was a good size - large walk in shower / room cleaned everyday & towels changed everyday - very good choice of food ( hot & cold ) for breakfast - Sampled the evening meal ( buffet) one evening - good variety of food. All staff were very friendly & helpful."
