Very nice place, lots of space, nice facilities and well-appointed kitchen. Excellent restaurant on site, too, and helpful staff. Only down side were the ants around all doors, but they were not a major issue. Would definitely recommend, especially for a golfer given the proximity of the course right outside your windows.

Stayed in a large, well appointed 2bed 2 bath apartment in the resort. Bed was comfy and room was clean. Location is a bit out of the way, about 15 mins from Puerto Banus. No amenities nearby, the nearest supermarket was a 12 min drive away. Nothing within walking distance. Communal facilities were lacking. The kids club was shut and never looked used, there are 3 pools but the kids pool and the one next to it were not cleaned and were filty. Lots of dead insects and strange black crumbly dirt in the water which I suspect is dried bird poo (there was a lot of bird poo across the whole resort). The onsite restaurant is decent and reasonably priced. Check-in was a shambles, reception is not sign posted and when we eventually found it we were given the keys and very basic directions to the parking and our room. Concierge is open only limited hours. There are 9 different blocks and non existent signposting. We were told our apartment was on the 1st floor but it was actually the ground floor (We're not in America, so why phrase it this way?). Took us 15 mins to find it after parking. No cleaning done during our 3 night stay. Worst still is that you have to remove all rubbish from your room when you check out (if you dont you risk your deposit), but there are NO communal bins in the resort. A staff member told us we had to take it to the public bins 200m outside the main gates by the main road, which is difficult with a car full of luggage! Awful end to our stay.

Very comfortable. Food could be better, especially by Spanish standards. Mediocre coffee

Apartment was spacious, and well equipped. Our terrace was more like a small balcony - not as advertised in the picture , but La Ermita did move us to an appropriate rooms d dealt with it really well. Pools are good, not huge and sunbeds normally gone by late morning - overall great stay in August and good value for money
