Stayed after a college visit. Perfect Location 5 mins from campus. Very Clean room and bathroom! Pretty comfy beds too. Awesome full breakfast included was great too!

The hotel is great, rooms are spacious and very clean. Ktichen area is adequate and the breakfast is excellent. What we didn't like is the noise. Two nights in a row we had to stand loud music and loud TVs. We were not able to rest peacefully.

Hotel was beautiful and clean, it smelled so good too!!!!!! The staff were very kind and welcoming. Breakfast was great, there were lots of options to chose from. The pool was clean! Our room was clean when we got there. Both my kids had a great time and my husband and I felt like we could relax! We will be staying here again. Great job, Fairfield!!!!!!!

I attempted to book directly, however, the rate was extremely higher and service was quite rude! Date was December 29th, at 10:25am! I proceeded to book online - sad that booking direct would be $50 more then an impersonal booking on-line. Property and stay was very good - we would return.

The property is clean and staff are great! I was there due to my sister passing away but the hotel was amazing! They even left me a grief bag at my room upon returning from the hospital. This really helped my unpleasant stay be just a little bit better! I highly recommend staying here, and I'll certainly be back.

it was all great. my only complaint is that our room was right next the electrical room and there was an obvious humming sound constantly. since we were there only one night we just went with it. it wasn’t very busy; perhaps they shouldn’t use that room unless they absolutely have to.

Great stay and location for Cortland visit.
This was a geat place to stay, if I could give it 4.5 stars I would. The room was clean, had usb outlets and was quiet and private. The staff went out of their way to be friendly welcoming and helpful. That was very much appreciated. The pool are was the least cleanly, but fine for an indoor hotel pool. The dining room chairs didn’t seem to match the table heights, some way too short and some too high. That’s the only thing I’d say that was not great, considering we ate breakfast everyday there which was a nice buffet of eggs sausage and baked goods. Thank you. Will stay again!

My room had an issue with it initially. JoAnna at the front desk was incredible with service recovery- she brought a key to my new room to my door; so, I did not have to go back downstairs, brought a snack, and apologized for the inconvenience. She turned a potentially bad experience into a great one- kudos to her!
