Nice hotel at a great location within Cortina d'Ampezzo with lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Very helpful front desk staff and valet who made our stay very comfortable. Valet service available for cars as parking right in the city.

Best part of our stay was the incredible staff! I have never received such incredible customer service ! Our room was always tidied up and even our messy clothes piles from our teenagers were organized. Incredible service, nice room and great location. Only negative was the pull out coach is not good for adults as my back hurt. Save it for the kids! Excellent hotel and above expectations.

While the staff was great and very accommodating, don’t let them place you in a Mountain View room. As most places in Italy, they don’t have air conditioning. So that means you have to keep your windows/doors wide open when it’s hot out. The Mountain View rooms sit right above a very busy street and you will be awakened all through the night to road noise.

5 star experience staying at this location. I will stay here again when I return to Cortina. Anything in the room that we had a question about or needed help with, the hotel staff responded immediately. We stayed here for 5 nights and upgraded to a suite with a balcony view of Tofana so that we had more room to spread out. Even though there was a busy street below it was very quiet and comfortable. The breakfast, which was actually served in the Grand Savoia Hotel across the street was out of this world! Anything you could desire for breakfast (and then some) was available for you. We also used the pool/spa a couple of late afternoons for apres ski and it was so well maintained and clean; it was just the relaxation we needed after skiing hard the entire morning. We did not end up using the ski room for our gear because we rented a locker on the mountain, but this was a very nice bonus and the city ski bus stops right in front of the hotel multiple times of day, which made getting to the mountain very easy. It's been 9 months since we stayed there and yet I find myself daydreaming of returning. It was truly one of the nicest hotel stays I have ever had.

I like the kitchen option because after 10days of traveling they wanted some home made food. Radisson even provides small packs of salt, olive oil , vinegar, very thoughtful. There is a grocery store nearby, very convenient. Every evening they came and set up the sofa bed, excellent service.
