Room was spotless and equipped with everything we needed. The pool, grounds and restaurants were beautiful. The beach is small but it has plenty of chairs and shade. We didn’t spend any time in the pool since we mostly snorkeled and paddled when we were there. The fish in the reefs in the lagoon by the hotel were vibrant and worth every cent. We didn’t take a separate snorkeling tour in Moorea like we had to in Bora Bora be a use this hotel has many fish in it’s lagoon (unlike our Bora Bora hotel). It was lovely and the Polynesian show was very nice. The breakfast was excellent. The view is out of this world and with fish just at your doorstep when you snorkel. The downside was the poor management of this hotel. When we checked in, we had to wait for 1 hour. The place was understaffed and the guy who was checking us in, was serving us drinks and cold towels. There was no one helping us with our luggage and it was left in the rain. I have to say it’s the worse service ever - and the people are nice but how can one person handle 10 peoples job? Overall, I feel poor management is bringing down an awesome location. Our bathroom curtains were frayed, the common bathroom tap at the reception was shaky.
