  • Beachfront home in Coronado Cays: open the pool gate and you're on a quiet bay beach shared by a handful of homes. Private pool and heated spa, outdoor kitchen and BBQ, all facing the bay.

    THE SPACE
    This waterfront villa is designed for relaxed group stays, with generous indoor and outdoor spaces and direct access to the sand.

    OUTDOORS
    The private pool and heated spa overlook the bay, while the spacious patio offers lounge and dining areas, a built-in BBQ and an outdoor kitchen. A solar outdoor shower makes it easy to rinse off after the beach.

    INSIDE
    Living room, family room, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Curated artwork, coastal views and a Yamaha grand piano. Central air conditioning, 200 Mbps mesh WiFi, a dedicated workspace and large Samsung TVs.

    LOCATION
    Coronado Cays is quiet and patrolled 24/7. Silver Strand State Beach is across from the community entrance (beach parking has a fee) and is great for surfing. Coronado Beach is about 11 minutes by car and Imperial Beach about 12. Head north to Coronado for upscale restaurants, or south to Imperial Beach for relaxed Mexican, Thai and American food. Grocery Outlet in Imperial Beach is about 10 minutes away.

    • Small dogs and cats are welcome (up to 2), at $83 per pet per night. Please keep pets out of the pool and hot tub.
    • No smoking and no events. Quiet hours 9 PM – 8 AM.

Coronado summer

Overall great property for our family with kids. The pool and spa were perfect for us and the kids loved having access to the bay to go there. Plenty of seating areas, great TVs and comfy beds. Host was extremely responsive to our needs- communication was the best we’ve ever experienced at a vacation rental. Overall we were really happy here! I do feel it’s important to mention that you couldn’t swim at the beaches in Imperial Beach, Silver strand State beach or even on mainCoronado bc of the contaminated ocean water issue. We had no idea this was a problem in this area
