Princess Grand Jamaica Resort - All Inclusive

"Its an amazing property. Super spacious and clean. With aesthetically pleasing and eye catching views and decor. There is plenty of staff, unlike what was mentioned in previous reviews, and they are very helpful and try to present a party up-beat vibe most of the time. However, the staff can be, at times, a little to relaxed. I believe some classes on proper etiquette and professionalism, mixed with party vibes could enhance the customer experience. The amenities were abundant. Lots to do in and around the property. the food in common areas of the property, and the bars and buffets were ok, I give them 3 out of 5. And the food in restaurants around the property I would give 4 out of 5. If there was anything I would complain about, it would be the "tip" money grab from staff (and of course the same in the surrounding cities/towns). 90% of the staffs helping-hands kinda comes with an implied but "not required" tip. Annoying at times, but I guess I understand. Besides that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. No place is perfect, but the Princess Grand is an awesome resort overall and seems to strive to be better everyday."

"My stay here was absolutely amazing! Clean rooms, great and helpful staff! Pools with swim up bars all over the resort was the best! This resort spoiled me they have everything you want and catered to your every need! This resort has activities and live Dj, with performances all through the day and night but yet so peaceful! Most importantly the beach view was everything, most beautiful place and view I’ve seen! I will be back! My stay here and first time in Jamaica has been my best vacation thus far!"

"We traveled with our four kids, ages 21-15. The property was well laid out and the environment was gorgeous. The grounds staff do a fantastic job. The beds were very comfortable. Housekeeping was good. Overall the food was good. I did have some things too lukewarm which probably set up my stomach issues. I did not eat off property at all. There is one bathroom near the main restaurants and lobby, so it would be so much better if hand sanitizer stations were easily accessible in the buffet areas where the food is served. I had to visit the nurse and the bathroom for patient use was out of soap and hand sanitizer. The other negatives are the beach does have some solicitation for weed, etc. so sometimes we preferred to just stay up at the pool and the drive to the hotel was very slow. It’s under 30 miles from the airport but took nearly 2 hours. Interesting sights along the way, but it’s a drawback for booking Jamaica. The resorts/government should put money into the infrastructure of the country. Also, I was fevered and ill; my husband always got pushback from staff about bringing me simple food like rice. Scuba Caribe staff also great. Bloody Bay is so calm you can easily kayak or paddle board. The water is clear, but most of the sandy area we swam in was silty so it made it murky when you walked. Lots of sea grass which made for beautiful environment for the fish but clear blue water is on the other side of the bay. Seven mile beach is amazing! And so was Rick’s Cafe."

"Great place to stay, food is amazing, pool is very spacious, plenty of bars to choose from and the scenery is breathtaking. Only bad thing is they are pushy about their travel club."
