"We would stay at the cabin again. The location is secluded enough to be quiet but close to all the local places you would want to go, including a public beach. The neighborhood is a wonderful mixture.of homes from affluent to not so affluent. The river adds a nice ambience for the location. Streaming on the TV worked well. "The original place rented was not ready upon my arrival. The “upgraded unit”, That was given to me was terrible. The refrigerator, hot water, air conditioner, tv, did not work. I had to personally fix the kitchen table. The final straw was that the shower did not drain and the water in the tub from not draining, was disgusting and filthy. The host did replace the faulty appliances but it took around 3-4 days for some of the items to be repaired or replaced. I never did get hot water in the...
