The bad - the 24 hour check machine want accepting cards so couldn't access the room quickly as I had an €0.80 city tax to pay. No towels in my room which I didn't realise until 4am after a shower 😠 The Good - friendly lady in reception helped get the payment through and my room code even though she technically wasn't in shift. The location is great for the shopping centre, restaurants and cinema.

Overnight after Le Tunnel
A mixed review! The duty manager was friendly and helpful telling us we’d been allocated a large room. Indeed it was larger than usual, but the room configuration was odd. Although it had a small cubicle for the toilet, the washbasin was in the bedroom and the shower also opened directly I to the bedroom. No privacy at all, once you were out of the shower. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed comfortable but only one rather lumpy pillow each. The hotel appears to have been recently updated and forms a complex with two other B&B hotels, one 3 star and one 4 star. There is a restaurant in the 4 star one across the car park with food priced moderately. It’s convenient if you’ve just arrived from Le Tunnel or for shopping at Cite Europe.

Great hub
Second time we’ve stayed here and we’ll stay again. Great for a stopover on the way to and from the Tunnel. All you need to rest before continuing on. Really good as a shopping base.

Very tidy and modernised for a 2 star hotel. Small breakfast area but well stocked. Self serve process after hours didn't work, but call centre solved issue quickly.

Bei dem Check in am Nachmittag um 15:00 Uhr war niemand da und ich hatte auch nicht diese typische Nummer wie üblich bei B&B Hotels France um in das Zimmer zu kommen. Nach einer Wartezeit von 2 Stunden kann man endlich eine Rezessionist. Ich finde den Service bei B & B Frankreich generell schrecklich und werde es nicht mehr buchen und auch nicht empfehlen
