"Great location in Beckenham, everything close by, but had to wait til 4.30 to get into our room ,when check in was stated as 3 o'clock. They did apologise and gave a busy schedule as a reason. The cleaners we met were lovely and polite and said the previous tenants were exceptionally messy. Overall good stay, but the apartments do need a little TLC."

Op verschillende momenten met verschillende binnenlandse en buitenlandse telefoons geprobeerd contact te krijgen met de eigenaar. "How this dump could be advertised as "luxury" is unbelievable-goodness knows what would be classed as "basic". It was very dirty- the toilet had brown stains-the top of the cistern was where the flush was housed had not had a wipe over in sometime- Black came off the kitchen sink when wiped round. If we had not been desperate to stay near where we could see our grandchildren before lockdown we would have walked straight back out. On the Friday night next door incumbents had umpteen visitors...
