Unfortunately, things do break from time to time, we wish you had informed us during your stay as we could then have asked Siemens to inspect. Dear Guest, many thanks for your kind review. It is a shame that you have not tried to communicate with us directly. There is plenty of parking nearby. Street parking as well as parking garages. The apartment is listed as not having AC, this is not common in Denmark unfortunately as it is usually not necessary (we have had the warmest weather on record this year) and also due to building regulations and of course, Denmark is a very environmental country. It is unfortunately that you believe the price was too high for you, we are lower priced than hotels and you receive a space that is 2-3 times bigger than a normal room and you can sleep several people. Furthermore, better equipped with huge luxury bathroom and full luxury kitchen, than any suite in Denmark.

Please note, we are not charging for extra persons after you book, you book for the number of people going to stay in the apartment and this is included in the booking and the total costs when you book. You pay accordingly to the instructions as provided and correctly informed by Expedia or Hotels.com etc. Just to clarify, you did not pay for additional people in your booking, so your comment is very wrong. The apartment's prime location is right in the city centre, so city view is no sales trick, this is the description provided on the booking platform you booked on and used by all hotels for the same. Our apartment is facing the very wide shopping street and you have a lovely view of the buzzing pedestrians out shopping, which most guest truly enjoy. You are not staring directly into another hotel room or dark court yard and you have no one across the apartment at night time allowing you for more privacy. Dear Guest, truly sorry that we did not live up to your expectations. Firstly and foremost, we truly appreciate your constructive feedback. Our price beats all hotels in Copenhagen and you are getting a truly luxury apartment for the price of a small double bedroom in a hotel. The only reason we can do this, is without having a reception and manned staff at the buildings. You are aware of this at the time of booking too, so this should not be a surprise. In fact there are plenty of our guests who prefer it this way. Easy and fast check in is what everyone praises. The brand new apartments are definitely not basic, you have luxury beds, luxury furniture, a spectacular bathroom, all better than most hotels and a full kitchen too on top of that, all of that at the same price of a hotel room..... We have plenty of pillows and we dress our beds the same as any hotel, the extra pillows are in the storage area, please don't forget to contact us if there's anything you are missing, as it would have been easy to have made you enjoy your stay!

Dear Hyvä Sijainti, Many thanks for your kind review. Please be advised that we use professional anti allergi bedding. Our duvets are synthetic and our linen is laundered safe for people with allergies. We do have a nespresso coffee maker in the apartment, with coffee capsules for you to enjoy during your stay which is considered premium in Denmark. We unfortunately do not have Aircon, this is very normal in Denmark as it’s considered unnecessary and not environmentally friendly. Many hotels do not have Aircon for this reason. Our can open all the windows in the apartment and easily get the apartment cooled down, especially in fall when it’s only 15 Celsius outside and we have no direct sunlight through our enormous windows.
