"The main lobby, restaurants, and hotel rooms themselves were extremely nice! However, the hallways leading to your room were extremely outdated. When I first arrived, the whole floor of my hotel room smelled of cigarette smoke. I had to go down to the lobby and request a room change. The staff there was extremely helpful and issued me a new room immediately."
