"I got what I asked for. A king bed, walk in shower and close to the elevator. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
We did not eat breakfast there so can’t rate the food. Nice bar and lounge where we met our friends after we had lunch at the Christansborg Castle. You need reservations.
Use Uber not the taxi at the hotel. Uber is less expensive. Staff told us that. It’s true.
No bars in the shower and gloor is slippery so we used the hand towel. Didn’t get a shower although I saw them on the housekeepers cart.
She also forgot the bath mat the second night.
I would stay there again but will ask for a shower cap and mat.
There’s a live band venue across the street and it got loud but window does help if closed but it did get hot in the room so I had to open the window. Band eventually did stop performing."
