"MAJOR SAFETY CONCERN!!!! DO NOT BOOK IF FEMALE!!!!!! As a solo female traveler I find it EXTREMELY alarming that maintenance was able to open my hotel room door despite having both locks on the door. It was around 8:30 in the morning when they woke me up by entering my room. Like why did they have to enter the room to check the broken bathroom door that early? The reservation was under my very femme sounding name and showed only one guest. The staff knew this and still allowed two men to enter my room. Check out happens at 11am. It is a MAJOR SAFETY CONCERN that they were able to get into my room so easily. I now have another thing I have to worry about as a solo female traveler. The front desk ladies were amazing but sadly my whole stay was overshadowed by the fact that I was awoken by strange men entering my room."

"We didn't stay for breakfast. We checked out before 8 am. Rooms had black mold and were dirty. Switched rooms same problem. Talked with Frank and the front desk who said he "wasn't surprised" by the conditions of the rooms. Valet is a joke. He was sleeping and and the nerve to tell me he didn't have to valet my vehicle. For the service I received and $44, I agreed and found free parking around the corner. Crazy to talk to someone like that when you work for tips. Upon checkout, Michelle was the only reasonable person."

"Considering age of the hotel, the room was pretty clean (I had a kitchen suite). The property is just older- the parking lot entry could stand to be repaved for sure. I didn’t get breakfast, but did try to get coffee. The coffee was empty, and when I asked the front desk about it she was visibly annoyed and told me to check with the breakfast attendant. There was no attendant avaiable (I waited several minutes). My biggest complaint is noise. The fellow next door started playing music at 630 am and it sounded like he was in the room with me! Same for when he would cook or talk on the phone. I could hear the conversations of the people across the hall plain as day. So just be aware in the kitchen suites that your neighbors hear everything. The location was perfect for our purposes."

"The lack of slip/fall protection in the tube/shower was concerning. Having two TV's and one remote was troublesome. Remote controlled both TV's and could not turn-off or change channels on one TV without affecting the other."

"We were in town for work and found the stay to suite our needs. We ended up only staying one night as we had I request to rework our schedule. We will be back in the area in a few weeks and will look to see if this space is available. Thanks. "

"Everything was perfect. Super clean, delivered as advertised. Also, the amenities were top-notch along with the extras. The espresso pods, snack cookies, and the master bedroom bed was about as comfortable as it gets. The host was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area. My group and I had an excellent time."
