"I gave the hotel a chance to respond to my enquiries but no response so here we go.
Had a work party check into this hotel in March late at night and used car park as always have done.
A week later received a Smart Parking fine from this hotel.
Messaged the hotel via booking app and also appealed to Smart Parking to advise that we stayed at hotel.
Hotel did not respond.
Smart Parking rejected my appeal.
I then called hotel and advised to send an email to reception.
2 days later no response.
Just to clarify - when checking in, there was not 1 mention of having to pay for parking at the hotel now. Checking in after 10pm and leaving again at 04:30 in the morning, the signs were not clearly visible.
