"Great hotel. The location was outside of the city center but I liked it. So easy to take the bus into the center. The room was soooo clean. The staff at the desk were so friendly and helpful. Wifi was not so strong."

"Hotel is easy to get to from major highways. Area is quite busy and was congested with people going home from work. Room was clean and comfortable. We ate in the on-site restaurant. Food was good and reasonably priced. The parking lot is large (although it did fill up)."

"We had a very nice stay at the Eyre Square Hotel. The staff was excellent and extremely helpful. The location is perfect for walking about Galway and there is a selection of parking lots and structures very close by to safely leave your car overnight. Our room was on the first floor, but since there ..."
"Awesome location. We had 2 rooms and they both has really nice views. One was of the river and the other the property gardens and picnic tables.
The buffet breakfast was really good. There wasn't any air-conditioning but, it was summer and the room was still very comfortable.
You just have to step out the front door to all the cafes and shopping.
The one drawback was the stairs for handicapped people. You had to go up a flight of stairs to the lift.
The garage attendant saw ne struggling to get up the stairs snd came out to offer assistance. Then he let me walk down the ramp. They were very helpful and friendly at this hotel."

"Glenlo Abbey is a unique hotel experience from the moment of arrival to the moment one leaves; the service provided by the professionally friendly staff is incredible; they do everything possible to make the stay stress-free and enjoyable. Our dinner at their restaurant, Pullman, housed in actual railroad cars from the Orient Express was one of the highlights of our stay. The guest rooms and public sitting areas evoke the opulence of the gilded age ala Downton Abbey."
