Shoreline Estates - Upper Apartment

Newly renovated top floor apartment with large deck and amazing river views provides 4 bedrooms each with their own private bath. Located in the heart of the Laurel Highlands with Falling Water, Ohiopyle State Park, Fort Necessity, Lady Luck Casino, Seven Springs, Hidden Valley, and the Wisp within a 30 minute drive or less. The GAP trail is less than a mile of easy flat riding, and the town of Confluence is bubbling with new businesses ready for our tourist season!


Hosts are not located onsite, but are generally available via phone or text.

Confluence is bursting with options for food and beverage! Try Pam's Pints and Provisions for a light meal and beverage; The Shine Shack for amazing mixed drinks including Bloody Mary's and Shine Milkshakes; Riverside Pizza is ready for your order; Tissue Farm is brewing your morning cup; and our heroes of the past and present include the Outflow, Mitch's Food and Fuel, Lucky Dog Cafe, and Rivers Edge Cafe, Riversport is ready for your kayak trip, and Confluence Cyclery rents bicycles as well as repairs your own.

Guests have access to the upper level apartment and common areas.

This four bedroom apartment consists of two bedrooms each with a full and twin bed (not bunks), and two bedrooms each with a queen size bed and direct access to the deck. Each bedroom has a private bathroom with sink, toilet, and shower. All linens are provided for bath, kitchen, and beds. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room which is available to be added to your booking.
The kitchen has a keurig and drip coffee pot, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, full size oven, and refrigerator. The dining area and breakfast bar provide seating for everyone, and there is a cozy living room area.
Televisions are provided in each of the bedrooms, and the living area.
Enjoy the views from the deck which is accessible from the dining area and the two queen bedrooms. There are plenty of chairs, tables, and a small bar area too.
A dumbwaiter can transfer your heavier items to and from the ground to the apartment, and there is gear/bike storage in the lower level which is 'at your own risk' and will accept your personal padlocks.
There is a shared coin operated laundry area and also an outside shower available.

Confluence is a very walkable and/or cyclable town with most of the areas being very flat. There are plenty of restaurants, pubs, and a Post Office, two banks, grocery stores, a bike shop, and a Dollar General all within walking distance.

Shoreline Estates is a multilevel property with two independent apartments, two hotel suites, and two glamping areas (hostel-like accommodations). The bedrooms in the apartments can be rented independently with shared access to the kitchen, living, dining, and deck areas; or can be rented in full as the entire apartment.
