Lovely accommodation in a beautiful setting. The room was exceptionally clean on arrival and housekeeping was provided daily. Would definitely recommend Rooms at Riveredge.
However, the check-in procedure for this property is rather ambiguous.
The confirmation email from Hotels.com stated:
There is no front desk at this property. Guests will receive an access code. A virtual front desk provides assistance to guests. Information provided by the property may be translated using automated...

Amazing cabin in a beautiful location. Well equipped kitchen and easy check in / out process. No curtains on the apex windows but still slept very well!

This hotel is excellent! From the moment you arrive the staff are amazing. Leo the driver is so knowledgeable when taking you around town.
The rooms are fab, having an open fire was luxurious and a nice surprise. Loved everything about the room and food in the main restaurant

Fabulous breakfast. Large room with comfortable bed. Great shower.
Wonderful customer service. We had left an item behind and were contacted promptly by the hotel, so were able to return to collect it.
Peaceful, pretty location

Excellent motel in great location. The rooms higher up have a nice terrace with good views. Really good to see recycling bins in the rooms.

Lisa looks after all her guests so well - thank you.
Lovely location with excellent facilities, just be prepared for a 4 mile or so drive to the town centre.

This is an outstanding motel. The best we have stayed in. Julia and her staff go the extra mile. Unlike many motels, there is nothing faded or needing repair here. And it's got everything you need for a pleasant, comfortable stay. Plus mountain views. Definitely highly recommended.
