The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Please clean up dog poop or there will be a $150 penalty applied

Please clean grill or we will apply a $150 penalty

Lost keys will incur a $50 replacement fee, lockouts will be charged to the guest.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

No smoking or vaping in the property (which will be a $150 fine per violation to get the smoke out). No parties or gatherings!

Parties will result in a VERY steep fine and termination of your stay. Guest not pre coordinated are $20/night each Checkout is 10:00am sharp.

You will be charged $35 for the initial late fee and $20 every additional 15 min after 10:00am no exceptions!
