Great property in a great location. Nestled beside the Cheyenne Creek with sounds of the creek and wildlife right outside the door. The house was in a perfect location to access all of the surrounding landmarks and activities and was such a quaint property. I felt right at home during my stay and wished it could have lasted longer.
This place was perfect for our CO Springs get away. Very clean and well appointed. The rooms are very large, and the kitchen had everything we needed. It's tucked away in a nice quiet neighborhood that's a short drive to some of the best attractions in the area. We enjoyed sitting outside in the evening and relaxing to the sound of the stream that runs near the property.
Clean and well kept, and exactly as described. Perfect for anyone looking for a bit more privacy and space, but also very close to the Broadmoor. Great communication from host Paula; a pleasure to deal well. Recommended!

Visit to our son at the Air Force Academy during parents weekend the location was absolutely perfect. The hot tub was great. We canāt wait to come back! The host was superb!!!
The Broadmoor allowed us to walk around the lake daily with our pups, so accommodating and neighborhood friendly. we loved fenced yard. Beds Weāre very comfortable.
Wife loves walking and deer. She experienced both on this trip. Super, tree-shaded location. Quiet except for the babbling brook out back. Comfortable inside and very, very clean. Manager Paula responds quickly to messages, is close by.
Recommend bring an extension cord maybe multi-plug since the furniture is in the center of the room and laptop/computer cables donāt quite reach to the wall. Weāve seen this before in rentals.
Excellent stay.

Cute property, but challenges
The house itself is nice. A good size for a couple or small family. The backyard was really nice, especially for those traveling with dogs, as we were. House is in an area that's 5-7 degrees cooler than just outside the neighborhood, which is helpful since there's no AC. We just happened to be there when it was pretty warm - 90+ every day.
There were deer sometimes just in front of the property. Short uphill walk to the Broadmoor area, which was nice to walk along with the dogs. We even saw a mama bear with two cubs! (fortunately, we were in the car)
Some of the challenges...
- very, very limited in cooking supplies (no bakeware, one frying pan, one pot, two forks - so we had to do dishes every day)
- no backyard patio furniture
- the house wasn't super clean when we got there - kids toys under the couch, used tissue on a chair, lipgloss in a bed
- the host did not tell us that people would be coming on to the property, so it was a little unnerving when someone just walked into the backyard (to check the hot tub) then a second time and person to do yard work. Fortunately we were inside w the dogs. They just opened the gate without checking with us.
Other little things, but the kicker was that a week after we left, host messaged asking if I had taken a blanket. I told her we'd put all the bed linens in the wash. She wrote back, said they found the blanket in a closet & that it was dirty. We washed all the other linens but she thinks left that? No. It was left from before
The house was surrounded by amazing greenery. From the moment we arrived it felt like we were staying in a quaint cottage from a fantasy novel. The back yard was equally as magical, and we thoroughly enjoyed sitting in the hot tub to relax after an intense hike or mountain bike ride at Stratton open space. Truly an amazing property, and I would definitely stay here again.
The location was great for us since we like to hike and itās close to several hiking locations. Also close to the Broadmoor which we love. The fenced backyard was great for our little pup. Deer visited every day!
Beautiful house and yard close to Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods and many great restaurants! Would definitely stay here again! A wonderful home away from home! Had everything we needed and more
Property was as described, and it was perfect for what we needed on our trip to the springs. It has a backyard which was great for our two corgis. Even though thereās not air-conditioning, we were comfortable. The hosts do provide fans so thatās helpful. We really enjoyed our visit and look forward to booking again soon!
Excellent place to stay! We had conferences at the Broadmore and this is just a short walk or drive
over! Very convenient and close to everything. The owner is super nice and very accommodating. Definitely coming back!
We loved our stay in this home! The neighborhood is lovely and walking distance to The Broadmoor Resort. We loved the sound of the running creek near the property and the shaded setting (plus tile floors/adobe home) kept us cool on a warm Summer night. Home is very clean and comfortable. Owner was super responsive. Would highly recommend and plan to stay again!
It truly felt like a home away from home. Thank you for being such a wonderful host and making the experience so easy and welcoming. I really appreciated everything!
