This beautiful family-friendly home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms offering all the comfort and everything you need for a perfect family vacation or work trip: clean spaces, comfortable beds, two living rooms with sleeper sofas, a fully stocked kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, Netflix, Smart ROKU TVs in every room, a laundry room, and a nice backyard with comfortable patio dining, a relaxing hot tub, a gas fire pit, a BBQ grill, a playground for the younger guests and absolutely beautiful night views!

Great stay, awesome host! This property was an excellent stay for our hockey tournament weekend, shopping and eating very near did not have to travel out of our way. Would absolutely stay again!

This rental was very clean, in a very good location, and the host was very kind. The We really enjoyed the hot tub and the checkin and check out process was very simple. We will absolutely stay here again next time we come to town!

The property was very clean, had extra towels, pillows, linens, box fans. Beds were comfortable. Amazing bathtub! Hot tub was great. Close to the movies, restaurants, and Walmart. Hosts were available and very responsive. I will definitely stay again.

Long Weekend Getaway

The host were super informative and allowed us to drop our bags earlier in the day so we didn’t have to hang onto them. The property was very clean and comfortable outdoor space was great.

This house is in the perfect location, clean, safe and the hostess Kristina is wonderful. We stay in lots of VRBO and the service is the best. This is our second time to stay at this location and will be back for sure. Kristina goes above and beyond and really makes you feel at home. Has everything you need, just like a home away from home. Family Fun in Colorado Springs

We all agreed that the place was great, clean, and quiet. The property owner was very respectful and easy to communicate with and responded immediately to any question that we may have had. We would highly recommend any properties that she has listed on VRBO.

This property is very nice. Plenty of room for several people. The host is very pleasant and easy to contact.We would have preferred normal TV, not Roku but we're not familiar with it. Had a great stay!

This was a beautiful home and the cleanest I've ever stayed! Kristina went above and beyond. She made sure we had everything we needed.The extras were a blessing. We didn't have to buy paper towels, toliet paper, dish soap, etc. Everything was very well stocked. The home was in a nice location and centrally located to all the things we were doing. The house was very spacious and clean. Communication with the property manager was very good. The kitchen was filled with plenty of appliances which made it feel like our home away from home. The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. The towels and washcloths in the bathrooms looked like they were very new. The neighborhood was very quiet and we were surprised with the amount of wildlife in the neighborhood. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and definitely would stay here again if we visit Colorado Springs in the future.

BFF trip #33

My best friend of 45 years take an annual girls trip. This was year 33 for us. Kristina is an excellent host and makes sure you have everything you need and more. We have stayed in lots of VRBO, this place is one of the best we have stayed in and will come back. Clean, well stocked and awesome location. Extremely clean property and the owner was very accommodating considering our last minute booking. House instructions were clear and easy to follow. TV's are all signed into premier streaming services like Netflix and Youtube TV. I was able to work remotely with a fast Internet connection & especially enjoyed the clean hot tub afterwards.Great view into the city, directly facing the airport & Space Force Base. About 15-20 minute drive to the base. Kitchen was very well stocked. Very quiet neighborhood above the city line.

Excellent stay!

The house was perfect for a group stay. Plenty of room to spread out, so clean and had everything we needed. Love the open kitchen/dining/living room combo for getting together. Extra living room nice for a larger group, but we didn't really use it as we enjoyed visiting together in the main area. Bedrooms spacious and loved having 2 sinks in the adjoining bathrooms. Having the downstairs half bath was very convenient as was the laundry between the bedrooms. Perfect home for a vacation stay. We look forward to returning with more of our family and friends! Thank you to our wonderful host Kristina who stayed in touch at every message preparing for our trip and while we were there. Absolutely wonderful experience!

Nice stay

The place is really cleaned. Kitchen is well organized. Everything is neat. 1st floor has a powder room, 2nd floor has a large bathroom suite in the master bedroom, and a shared bathroom for the other 2 bedrooms. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Our only trouble was in the first night when we tried to locate the property, our GPS got it wrong and the house number was a bit hard to see in dark. Other than that, our stay was comfortable. We enjoyed a beautiful sunrise from the living room, it was really a surprise when we open the curtain that morning. Communication to the owner was very smooth and efficient.

This was the best vacation home rental we’ve ever had! The house was clean and well equipped for our family which included 3 children. The host communicated so well we felt like family and her dad was a hoot! Definitely choose this home or one of the others this host owns. You won’t be sorry.

This property was excellent for our family gathering. We had 4 adults and 2 children, there was plenty of space for us all. The neighborhood felt safe, quiet, and there was a lovely park a short walk away. The back yard was perfect for cooking and eating outside. The hot tub was clean and hot, very enjoyable.
