  • Beautiful and cozy three story home with an immaculate view of the mountains! Only 10 minutes from downtown, 5 minutes to the park/lake, 15 minutes from Old Colorado City, 20 minutes from Manitou Springs, and 15 minutes from the airport. This property is centrally located to most of the best things Colorado Springs has to offer. It is also designed to host a very large group--it even comes with a large dining table that can expand to fit over 18 people at the same table! Perfect for large family gatherings. And it has plenty of fold-out sofa beds in addition to the regular beds in each bedroom, so your group can all stay in one location. Be sure to sip your morning coffee and share breakfast with loved ones on the front porch swing or community table while you take in the stunning view of Pike's Peak and surrounding mountains.
