  • Beautiful house with every room as well as living room area with a tv. There's a hot tub on the back patio that can seat 6 people. Amazing views!

    Fort Carson Army base along with the COS airport is right around the corner! The neighborhood is gorgeous but it's also very quiet and secure. Lastly we're close to other military bases and colleges!
    The space
    Fully furnished miscellaneous home. This luxurious home has 3 bed rooms and 2 1/2 baths with a NICE GAME ROOM!

    Keyless lock on front door. Relaxing front and back patio is 4-20 friendly.

    The master bedroom is equipped with a king bed, 42 inch tv which includes a roku, and free high speed internet Wi-Fi throughout the house.

    The other 3 bed rooms both include queen beds, closet, tv and roku with high speed Internet. They do share a fully finished bathroom. You have access to Netflix, YouTube tv and Disney plus.

    The kitchen area has nice granite counter tops with stainless steel appliances like the dish washer and fridge.

    It's also fully stocked with all the essentials: a refrigerator, electric stove, dish washer, microwave oven, coffee maker, plates and dishes, utensils, blender, and all the essential housewares.

    The living and dining room is very eloquent with a very accommodating finish. The floors are also hardwood in both kitchen and living room areas. You also have the ability to park 2 cars inside the garage as well as washer/dryer use.

    Guests have full access to the entire house along. The entire place is yours.
    Other things to note
    The house is 4/20 friendly but all smoking must be done on front or back patio areas. This is a brand new house so any smoking residue found or if there's a smoking smell inside the house the charge is $500 that price also includes if a pet is found. Please be mindful smoking is allowed only on the front and back patios. Not inside THE GARAGE EITHER! I host several families and kids are near and dear to my heart so second hand smoke is never good thanks! 4/20 friendly for outside purposes only.

First off I hate leaving bad reviews at all. At first the check in process was easy. In the ad for this listing said air conditioning. That house stayed at 84 all night. They had one portable ac in a 3 story house. We rented this for our wedding. We check-in on Sunday it was absolutely miserable. We was supposed to be my relaxing night before our wedding. We couldn't stay asleep and woke up soaked in sweat. Monday was the day of our wedding. I messaged the host at 10am, asking if we could check out early and get a days money back. There was no way we wanted to stay in that heat again. The host said they were going to bring another portable ac. We did not get back until 10p from our wedding. The host never bought another ac. So when I messaged her, I was very upset because this was supposed to be a special night with my husband. So instead of making it right they argued back and forth with me about how unprofessional I was. Which they were the host and was very rude. They did not do what they said they were going to. Then they finally agreed to give me one nights of money back. I paid 524 for 2 nights. They only gave me 125. The listing says 224. Then they completely stop responding to me. We also had a heat advisory that day.
