  • This large home is in the desirable North end of Colorado Springs. This home has a large modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counters and a second kitchen in the basement. The formal dining room table seats 8 and the kitchen breakfast table seats 4. The large back patio is accessible from the kitchen dining area. The main living room has a gas fireplace, flat screen TV, internet access and WIFI. The basement living room also has a flat screen TV and DVD player. There are 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
    This home has a partially shaded back yard and patio to enjoy a BBQ or just relax and enjoy.

    Maximum occupancy of this rental is 14 guests
    This is a non smoking rental.
    Sorry we cannot accommodate pets.
    Air force graduation 5 night minimum stay.
    Thanksgiving 5 day minimum stay.
    Christmas 5 day minimum stay.
    We only take reservations up to a year in advance.
    All reservations require a signed rental agreement and unaltered valid Drivers license with your physical homes address (No PO Boxes).

    Please note for reservations under 45 days in advance, credit card payment must be made in same name as the reservation holder, otherwise we will not accept the reservation.
