Historic 120 yr old ranch house in the heart of C-Springs adjacent to and within walking distance to downtown, Colorado College, both the Olympic training center and museum, professional soccer, and two major hospitals all connected by sidewalks and inner city trail systems. Shooks Run Park runs right up to the door with playgrounds, basketball and tennis courts, and trails that will take you up/down the front range or due west into Garden of the Gods, Red Rock Park, Pikes Peak and far beyond. Fort Carson, Peterson-Schriever Space Garrison, and USAFA are all within a short drive. This home truly is in the heart of Colorado Springs!
