Timber Lodge Cabins – House Rules To help ensure a safe, enjoyable stay for everyone, we kindly ask you to follow these house rules: 1\. Respect the Cabin and Property Please treat the cabin and its furnishings with care. Report any damages to management immediately. 2\. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of other guests during these hours. 3\. No Smoking Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cabins. Use designated outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette butts properly. 4\. Pet Policy Dogs are welcome in designated pet-friendly cabins and outdoor areas only. • Dogs must be leashed when outside. • Dogs are not allowed in the pool area. • Dogs must never be left unattended in the cabin unless crated. Guests must bring their own kennel or crate. • Please clean up after your pet. 5\. Maximum Occupancy Respect your cabin’s listed occupancy. No unregistered guests or overnight visitors without prior approval. 6\. Check-In & Check-Out Follow posted check-in/check-out times to allow for proper cleaning and preparation for the next guest. 7\. Outdoor Fire Safety Use fire pits and grills responsibly. Never leave a fire unattended, and ensure all fires are fully extinguished. 8\. Wildlife and Environment Do not feed wildlife. Remain on marked trails and respect the natural surroundings. 9\. Garbage Disposal Place all trash in provided bins or designated disposal areas. Please do not leave garbage outside overnight. 11\. Inventory & Damages Missing or damaged items (linens, towels, dishes, etc.) may result in additional charges. 14\. Visitors Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless approved by management. 15\. Hair Dye Hair dye is strictly prohibited in all cabins. Stayed 1 night in Aug 2025 This review comes from a trusted partner site and has not been verified. ### 10/10 Excellent #### WendellH 5 Jun 2025 #### Minor issues didn't change a great stay We stayed in #1; and overall, were very happy with our stay; there were a few minor issues you can chalk up to "growing pains", as they were still in "opening" mode... the internet was out for the first day and a half, no toiletries (shampoo, etc) in the bathroom, one coffee pod in the kitchen, and there was still work going on, re-surfacing the driveway...BUT...all those issues were resolved quickly; Ryan was very responsive to our requests, and it's a comfortable, homey cabin, with a kitchen that was easy to work in, plenty of kitchenware (pots/pans, settings for 4), a real stove, roomy fridge, a nice living room area (with ample space for visiting family) and a separate, private bedroom. Close enough to everything we needed, but set back from the street, so you could still hear Fountain Creek. So much better than a motel room, and we will definitely be staying there again next time we're in town.
